The system has been set as a 2 party preferred system to give the illusion that you have a choice, once upon a time many years ago that worked. Now since the early 70's (1973) things took a step to the side, certain "Statue Laws" where used to create a smoke and mirrors era which continues to this very time, these statute changes created a system to work beside our Constitution not within it. The point of the petition down in the download part of my site becomes a very important tool (key).

I will explain so as it answers your question ("petitions don't work), the electronic petition on the government page I'll address first! There's a number of rules that they have set to lodge a petition to The Petition Committee which a lot of people don't realize exist, so it is wise to check first, an electronic petition does not create a solid paper trail that could later be used as evidence, most importantly it could be deleted at the touch of a button, their excuse to cover "oh it happened by mistake or accident", evidence forever lost.

Petitions do work! They may be refused by the "Petition Committee", they may get accepted but go no where, they might even go through a stalling process, but as I mentioned the legal paper trail, this is where they become the "key". I have set up my petition strictly to the rules they have applied. It is respectful, it is under the 250 word limit, it has its cause (reason), it has its request for action, it has the petitioners area for signing (you) and most importantly it has the area for the "Principal Petitioner". If these rules are not followed your petition goes no where with no hesitation by the petition committee. 

Many people say they are hesitant because it gives the government their particulars (which they already have) and worried it will cause problems personally, what can they do to you that they have not done already or plan to do in the future by creating new Acts to infringe upon your freedoms more? This fear of taking on the government has been indoctrinated into people since the 70's when the school curriculum changed from teaching kids and people "how to think" to teaching them "what to think". They have instilled fear by threats of punishment in various forms, this is exactly their plan to feed you fear and exactly why you should be saying "NO" I have a brain to use it, to speak out, to question "by what authority? We need to stop all this because the fact is "we do not have a legal government", our legal government (both Tiers) was vacated in 1973 (it could be argued from 2nd February 1960) and still remains vacated to this present time.

This is why I've formatted my petition in the way it is.

My reasons for doing the petition? Well as mentioned a paper trail, if it gets through good on all of us! The House of Representatives is controlled by Labor we all know this, either way their decision on this petition, it becomes a paper trial of evidence, this may sound strange but I hope it gets to the table and NON actioned because that would be a masterful bombshell in the High Court which will be lodged regardless of their decision, the petition is a tool of Standing. The bigger the number of signed petitions the better the evidence that the people reaffirm a return to the Constitution and a legally sworn in government as per written in the Constitution. For along time now I've been trying to challenge the legality of the government only to be blocked by rule 5.01.1 not rule 13.01. I went off the grid for a number of years to study and research where I was going wrong! Now with this wealth of knowledge that has come from many sources, I am preparing a brief, I wont be sharing this brief here as yet for obvious reasons. I will discuss it on various platforms to a degree.

My plea to all of you please follow the instructions to fill out the petition and get it back to me, please, every single one is a gain in strength for a legal challenge that is strong and definitely coming to them.
